By accessing and using Skellar ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Skellar is an online learning platform that provides skill tree-based educational content, interactive courses, and progress tracking. The Service may include various features such as user accounts, course completion tracking, and educational resources.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

• Completion of courses does not constitute professional certification

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis

• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Skellar shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

• Service interruptions or technical issues

• Actions of other users on the platform

• We strive to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime

• We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

• You may terminate your account at any time

• We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms

• Upon termination, you lose access to your account and associated content

• Certain provisions of these terms survive termination

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
